Ingredients
2 packages Bowl & Basket Garlic Herb Goat Cheese, softened to room temp
1 cup Bowl & Basket Panko Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 cup Bowl & Basket flour
2 eggs, beaten
Bowl & Basket Air Fryer Spray Oil
Bowl & Basket Honey, for drizzling
Directions
- Scoop or roll goat cheese into 1 tablespoon-sized balls. Place on a plate and freeze until firm, at least 20 min.
- Place breadcrumbs, flour and eggs into their OWN shallow bowls to set up a breading station. When goat cheese is firm, remove from the freezer and dip, one by one, into the flour mixture, the beaten egg, and then the panko breadcrumbs, being sure to fully coat the goat cheese in each step. Repeat until all goat cheese balls are coated.
- Place several goat cheese balls (however many fit comfortably in your air fryer) into the base of the air fryer. Return any that do not fit back into the freezer so they do not start to melt.
- Spray goat cheese balls with air fryer spray oil, and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat until all are air fried.
- Serve by placing on a platter and drizzling with honey.
