Preparation & Usage

First Use • Remove label and sticker from the bottom of your new dish; wash the dish in warm soapy water. Rinse and towel dry. Use and Cleanup • Avoid sudden temperature changes (such as oven to freezer), stovetop or broiler use. • Always use potholders when handling hot bakeware. • Dish is safe for metal spatulas; however, avoid pressing down hard when using a metal spatula. • Ceramic is a durable material however, do not use utensils with sharp edges that may scratch the surface. • This dish is dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe.
