Rice With Caramelized Onions

00Ingredients
1 Tbsp. pure olive oil
1/2 white onion chopped
1/2 red onion, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp. brown sugar substitute
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup drained Beans Rico Pints
2 tsp . pepper ( paprika )
2 cups cooked Long Grain Rice Rico
Reduced sodium salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a deep skillet over high heat, heat the oil. Add the onions.
- Cook for about 5 minutes and add the wine, brown sugar and crushed garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the beans and paprika and cook for an additional minute, stirring from time to time.
- Add the rice to the pan, season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Enjoy
