Just Add Water Ingredients 6-8 Pancakes: 1 cup of mix, ¾ cup water 12-16 Pancakes: 2 cups of mix, 1 ½ cups water 18-22 Pancakes: 3 cups of mix, 2 ¼ cups water Tips • For thicker pancakes, use less water, for thinner use a little more. • For pancakes a bite above the rest, let your prepped mix stand for 3 min. Prep the griddle by coating it with a little vegetable oil. Heat it over medium-high heat, or turn your electric griddle to 375°F. Mix your ingredients in a bowl until you get rid of any large lumps. Your batter will be a little on the lumpy side. Pour on a little less than ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto your hot griddle. Cook 1½ min on each side or until they're golden brown. Enjoy! Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying. Want Waffles Instead? Makes 12 4x4 Waffles Heat up your waffle iron. Grab a large bowl and toss in • 2 cups pancake mix • 1¼ cups water • ¼ cup vegetable oil • 1 egg Stir it up & get rid of any large lumps.
