1 large, thick slice yellow heirloom tomato
Balsamic glaze

Directions
- Place the largest red tomato slice on a plate; layer with half the beet slices.
- Top with 1 slice of fresh mozzarella and yellow tomato.
- Layer with remaining fresh mozzarella, beets, red tomato, and tuna.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with basil.
