Preparation & Usage
Microwave Steam-in-Bag Directions: 1. Gently massage the package to separate the frozen vegetables in the bag. Do not Pierce Bag, steam vents already in packaging. 2. Place unopened bag with front panel facing down, keeping the instruction side in the microwave at all times. 3. Microwave on High setting for 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes*. Bag will expend as steam builds and contract as steam escapes during cooking process. 4. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes to allow hot steam to deflate. 5. Carefully handle bag at sealed ends of the corners without turning package over and remove from the microwave. Place bag over serving dish, carefully open and pour into serving dish. Caution: Contents are very Hot, always keep back panel facing up to prevent any excess moisture form leaking from back panel steam vents. *Microwave cooing times are based on a 700 watt microwave, Adjust cooking times accordingly for model microwave used (660 - 1200 watts) Keep Frozen Until Ready to Use. Do Not Thaw. Not Ready to Eat. For Food Safety, Cook Thoroughly to 165° F.
