5-minute pudding directions • 3 cups cold milk Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Pudding will be soft-set in 5 min. Makes 6 (1/2-cup) servings. Refrigerate any leftovers. Note: Pudding will not set if made with soy milk. Fluffy pudding frosting Makes 36 servings, about 6 cups Beat pudding mix, ½ cup powdered sugar and 2 cups of milk in large bowl with whisk, for 2 min. Stir in 1 (8 oz.) tub thawed cool whip whipped topping. Use to frost your favorite cake or cupcake recipe. Refrigerate up to 2 days before serving.
