Put the tip of the test in the urine stream for 5 seconds 3. Read your results after 3 minutes Two pink lines is a pregnant result (even if either line is faint) Test Often with Pregnancy Test Strips 1. Test on the day of your missed period and any day thereafter. 2. Collect urine in a disposable cup. 3. Dip the test strip into the urine sample with arrows pointing down for 10 seconds. 4. Remove the test strip from the urine sample and place on a non-absorbent flat surface. Wait 5 minutes. 5.
