Honey Fact: Our pure, raw unfiltered honey will have up to 48000 grains of pollen per teaspoon. Conventional honey is heated and filtered to remove 100% of the pollen to stop crystallization. This non-pasteurized pure raw honey is unfiltered to let the original flavor and qualities come straight from the hive to you. This product contains all the naturally occuring pollen, antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins and minerals. We guarantee no value is taken out and no cane sugar, corn syrup or anything else is ever added. Bee Flower and Sun Honey preserves the unique flavor and nutrition of their honey using time-honored techniques by only warming the honey to under 105 degrees Fahrenheit simply to facilitate handling, while most packers over heat their honey to 160-170 degrees Fahrenheit to remove the pollen and avoid crystallization. Honey's flavor is determined by predominant blossom source. Our lighter honey like Star Thistle and Clover will have a milder flavor while our darker honey, Blueberry and Wildflower will have a bolder flavor. Preparation & Usage
Note: Raw honey will naturally crystallize in the jar. Spoon or spread it with a knife or re-liquefy by gently warming it on the stove on low heat in a pan of water.
