Ingredients
4 Bowl & Basket Boneless and Skinless Whole Breaded Flounder Fillets
2 Bowl & Basket Steam in Bag Carrots, Corn, Green Beans & Peas Mixed Vegetables
2 Slices Bowl & Basket Sliced Part-Skim Mozzarella Natural Cheese
4 Tbsp Bowl & Basket Tomato Ketchup
Directions
- Set your oven to 400°F.
- Arrange 4 Bowl & Basket Boneless and Skinless Whole Breaded Flounder Fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- While the flounder is baking, steam the Bowl & Basket Steam in Bag Carrots, Corn, Green Beans, and Peas Mixed Vegetables according to the package instructions.
- After baking, let the flounder filets cool slightly. Cut a slice of mozzarella cheese diagonally to create two triangles. Use a toothpick to attach a cheese triangle to the top of each breaded flounder to create a boat sail. Repeat for all fillets.
- On a plate, place the steamed vegetables at the bottom.
- Drizzle Bowl & Basket Tomato Ketchup over the empty top part of the plate to create wave patterns.
- Position the flounder fillets with cheese sails on top of the ketchup waves. Enjoy!
