Preparation & Usage

Remove lid and discard seal. Fill cup to top with your preferred milk or liquid of choice. Pour contents into a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer your Smoothie back to the cup, seal the lid, grab a straw, and enjoy. Tastes like a scoop of strawberry banana sorbet.
