Ingredients
2 Flatbread pizza crusts
1 heirloom tomato, sliced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
8 basil leaves
Sea salt to taste
½ jar Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Brush flatbread with olive oil. Top with tomato slices and cheese.
  2. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. 
  3. Drizzle with pesto and top with basil before serving.
  4. Cook in skillet until well browned, add the remaining butter to the skillet and flip each sandwich. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is browned
