Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 bag Bowl & Basket Specialty Rotini
10 oz. hard salami
2 packages Wholesome Pantry grape tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can Bowl & Basket sliced black olives
1 jar Bowl & Basket Specialty roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
8 oz. fresh mozzarella pearls
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 bottle Bowl & Basket Specialty Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cool water.
- While the pasta is cooking, chop the remaining ingredients and add them to a large bowl with the dressing.
- Add cooled pasta and toss everything well to coat.
- Cover and chill pasta salad for at least 1-2 hours before serving, or up to 2 days in advance.
