1. Slice the oranges in half and carefully hallow out the inside with a spoon
2. In a bowl, mix the Kodiak Cakes Blueberry Muffin mix, water or milk, oil, or eggs until combined. Spoon the batter into 1/2 of the orange slice, filling it to the rim.
3. Place the top half of the orange over the filled slice and wrap in a couple of layers of tin foil. Repeat with remaining batter.
4. Place the filled, foil wrapped oranges in the campfire on hot coals or on a medium set temperature grill. Let cook in the fire for 8-10 minutes.
5. Remove from the fire or grill using tongs. Let cool for 2 minutes before opening the foil.
