Ingredients
4 Wholesome Pantry™ bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1¾ pounds)
1 cup Lawry’s® herb & garlic marinade with lemon juice
2 tbs canola oil
5 sprigs Goodness Gardens thyme plus 1 teaspoon chopped for garnish (optional)
12 oz prepared cranberry couscous
1 package (12 ounces) refrigerated green beans
Directions

1.Place chicken in large zip-top plastic bag; pour marinade over chicken. Seal bag, pressing out excess air; refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.

 

2 Preheat oven to 450°. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade; pat chicken dry with paper towel. In large oven-safe skillet, heat oil and thyme sprigs over medium-high heat. Add chicken, skin side down; reduce heat to medium and cook 8 minutes or until skin is golden brown. Turn chicken; transfer skillet to oven and cook 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°.

 

3.Heat couscous in microwave oven on high 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Steam green beans as label directs.

 

4.Serve chicken sprinkled with chopped thyme, if desired, along with green beans and couscous. Chef Tips: Customize this recipe by swapping the chicken with ShopRite® Kitchen grilled salmon and/or the couscous with The Little Potato® Company savory herb creamer potatoes.
