1. Place chicken thighs and BBQ Sauce into a large Ziploc bag and make sure sauce coats chicken. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
2. When ready to grill, preheat grill to 350 degrees and brush grill grates clean.
3. Once heated, remove chicken from marinade (shake off excess) and grill approximately 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165.
4. Top with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro, if desired.
