1. Heat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Toast two slices of bread until light to medium brown and set aside.
2. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 4 minutes, strain and stop cooking by placing in ice bath.
3. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with oil and place a layer of un-toasted bread on bottom. Bake for 10 minutes.
4. In a saucepan place the onions, garlic, mushrooms, and some oil in and sauté for 3 mins or until onions turn clear.
5. Add can of cream of mushroom soup, milk or water, and pepper to saucepan and stir until heated through and combined.
6. Lay cooked green beans onto bread in 9-inch square dish, then cover evenly with the mushroom mixture.
7. Place casserole in oven for 25 mins.
8. Take the two slices of toast and cut into small cubes.
9. Cover the casserole in KING’S HAWAIIAN bread cubes and bake for another 15 mins.
