Ingredients
6 ears corn-on-the-cob
1/4 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sour cream
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
Juice from 1 lime
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup finely grated Cotija cheese or Parmesan
Directions

1. GRILL, steam or boil corn until tender.

2. COMBINE remaining ingredients except cheese in small bowl.

3. ARRANGE hot corn on serving platter; cool 3 minutes. Drizzle with Mayonnaise mixture; turn to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.

4. Tip: Cotija is a Mexican cow’s milk cheese named after the town of the same name in the state of Michoacán. It's a delicious dry, salty, crumbly cheese but if you have trouble finding it either Parmesan or feta are great substitutes.
