Ingredients
8 ounces Castello® Creamy Havarti Cheese
1/4 cup white wine
handful of fresh tarragon
2 tsp paprika
Directions

1. Place the wine in a saucepan and warm it up to just below the boiling point.

 

2.Grate the Castello® Creamy Havarti Cheese, add to the wine a little at a time. Let the cheese melt before adding more cheese to avoid lumps.

 

3. When all the cheese has melted, add the chopped tarragon and paprika.

 

4. Put the cheese sauce in a warm bowl and serve with chorizo, pears, apples, tomatoes and baguette, or your favorite dipping foods.
