1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add white onion; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger; cook and stir 1 minute. Add turkey and chili garlic sauce; cook and stir 5 minutes or until turkey is browned, breaking up turkey with side of spoon.
2. Add coleslaw mix, vinegar, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste; cook and stir 5 minutes or until coleslaw is crisp-tender. Makes about 3½ cups.
3. Serve turkey mixture sprinkled with green onion.
