Cuban Sliders

Ingredients
1 package (12 ounces) original Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham
1 package (16 ounces) hickory smoked pulled pork with barbecue sauce
1/3 pound sliced Swiss cheese
1 cup drained kosher hamburger dill pickle chips
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon dried minced onions
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Place bottom halves of rolls, cut side up, on prepared pan and spread with mustard; top with ham, pork, cheese, pickle chips and top halves of rolls, cut side down.
- In small saucepot, melt butter over medium heat; stir in sugar and onions.
- Brush tops of sliders with butter mixture; bake 10 minutes or until tops are lightly browned and cheese is melted. Makes 12 sliders.
