Cinnamon Sugar Bat Tortilla Chips with Chocolate Hummus

Ingredients
5 - 6 Corn Tortillas
3-4 tbs Bowl & Basket Canola Oil or Bowl & Basket Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Bowl & Basket granulated sugar
1 tbs Bowl & Basket ground cinnamon
1 container Bowl & Basket Chocolate Hummus

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line one cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
- Use the bat cookie cutter to cut out bat shapes from the tortillas.
- Place on cookie sheet and brush with canola oil (alternatively spray with cooking spray) and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 5-6 minutes, then carefully flip tortilla chips and brush again with oil and sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for another 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before serving with chocolate hummus.
