1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2. Place 4 rolls on a cookie sheet, about 3 inches apart. Unwind the remaining 4 rolls into long dough strips. For each bunny, place one dough strip, and cut ends together, next to a whole roll. Press and firmly pinch cut ends into the top of the whole roll. Shape strip into floppy bunny ears.
3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to the cooling rack.
4. Spread frosting on warm rolls. On each bunny, place two chocolate chips for the eyes, 1 red baking chip for the nose, and 2 almond slices for the teeth. Serve warm.
