1. Preheat grill and form beef into 4 equally sized patties.
2. Thinly slice onions and radish and place in small bowl with vinegar and a pinch of salt. Slice tomatoes, set aside.
3. Grill burgers for 3 minutes per side or until the internal temperature is ~160°. Toast buns while burgers cook.
