Preparation & Usage

Dipped strawberries 1 basket large strawberries with stems, cleaned and dried. 10 oz Ghirardelli Milk Melting Wafers. Melt wafers according to directions above. Hold each strawberry by stem and dip completely. Place coated strawberries on waxed paper. Cool in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes or until set. Variation: Before dipping, swirl Milk and White Melting Wafers together.
