Preparation & Usage
Instructions for Use: 1. Remove the head of the shrimp. 2. Hold each shrimp with its tail facing down. 3. Insert the deveiner under and along the back of the shrimp shell, with the deveiner's cutting edge facing up and notched edge facing down. 4. Push the deveiner downward toward the tail, cutting the shell through the end of the tail; this will remove the vein. 5. Remove all traces of the vein by washing he shrimp thoroughly in cold water.
