+Is ShopRite Order Pickup service free to use?
Pickup fees vary by store. Please select a time slot to view the associated fee.
+ Is there a minimum order value to use ShopRite’s pickup service?
No, there is no minimum amount required to use the service.
+ Which items are eligible for pickup at ShopRite?
We carry the same assortment of items online that you can find in store. If you can't find something you’ve searched for, click the link to “Add a Requested Item”. We'll do our best to find it and add it to your order.
+ Are items more expensive when I use ShopRite’s Order Pickup service?
Our prices are the same online & in-store.
+ For online orders, why is the final total different from my total at checkout?
Our online prices and promotions are based on our weekly circular which is in effect from Sunday to Saturday. Your final total will be calculated on the day your order is fulfilled. If there's a discrepancy, the in-store price will be reflected on your final receipt. Digital coupons and final price of weighted items are also reflected at the register or on your final receipt.
+Can I make changes to my pickup order after it’s placed?
Once your order has been placed you will be able to modify, or cancel it, as long as your personal shopper has not started shopping the order. Please call the store for any additional changes.
+What if I miss my pickup time?
If you miss your pickup timeslot, you can still pick up your order as long as the store’s online Order Pickup Deliver department is still open. If it is after hours, please contact the store to reschedule your order pickup time.
+ How do I get a refund on products that I ordered online?
If there are issues with your online order, please contact your store with details about the issue. Please see here for our full refund policy.
+ When can I expect to receive my refund for a canceled online order?
If you’ve canceled your order before the order was completed, you will not be charged. Your card is not charged until the order has been shopped and is ready for pickup.
