Key Cooking tips for the best results
1 . When shopping online, please enter how many ribs you would like, instead of the number of pounds.
2. Remove your roast from the refrigerator about one to two hours before cooking to give it time to come to room temperature.
3. While waiting for the meat to rest, prepare the seasoning.
4. Keep a close eye on the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
5. Rest the meat for 30 minutes after reaching the internal target temperature to allow the juices to seal back into the meat.
6. When cutting meat, make sure to cut perpendicular to the grain lines you can see. If you cut along the grain, the meat will be more difficult to chew.
7. Serve your prime rib roast with delicious side dishes.
